It takes a specialist with years of intricate knowledge to provide you with an ACCURATE valuation of what it would cost you to replace a piece of Murano Glass (making it again from scratch).  Auction sales results and other information gleaned from the internet are NOT a true reflection of the value of your item.  The cost of insurance valuations is higher due to the fact that if I (Dean -MD and owner) have to present myself in court to back up my valuation amount and the reasons behind it, then I must do so at sometimes great expense. I trust this provides a good insight into why valuation costs are this way.

MURANO ART GLASS AUSTRALIA provides written valuations for all types of Venetian Glass.  All reports contain client supplied imagery with a written explanation of techniques used, furnace history, any historical data and many other factors. We recommend having your valued Murano Glass treasures renewed every 12 months for insurance purposes.

There are 2 Valuation fee levels

1.    General Valuations  (Fee - $440 AUD)

2.    Insurance Valuations  (Fee - $3750 AUD)

Fees must be paid IN FULL prior to any written valuation being commenced.
